Last week, we received the news we have all been waiting for. The Heritage Lottery funding applied for by Medway Council was granted by the HLF and confirmed in a letter to Tracy Stringfellow, the Eastgate House Project Manager.

The Friends of the Vines successfully bid for one of the special Heritage Diamond Jubilee trees donated by the Tree Council to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee year.
