Griff Rhys Jones visited Rochester on Saturday 18th May to present the 3rd Woolford Lecture as part of the Kent Federation of Amenity Societies AGM, hosted this year by the City of Rochester Society.
Griff gave the lecture in his role as President of Civic Voice and it was an informative and humorous presentation. The lecture took place at the Rochester Visitors Information Centre. Here’s a couple of videos of his presentation. Apologies for the slightly wobbly camera work.

The City of Rochester Society is delighted to be hosting the AGM for KFAS this year. We are always pleased to have an opportunity to show off our beautiful city to visitors and on this occasion we have the added bonus of welcoming Griff Rhys Jones to our midst. His sterling work through Civic Voice to highlight the problems and concerns facing hard-working communities like ours is encouraging voluntary organisations all over the country.
